Just Do It

There's a reason "Just Do It" is such a catchy phrase. It's short, to the point, and there isn't any BS involved. When this is my exercise plan, my life is great. I am happy, positive, and motivated. When I start thinking about whether or not to go on a run, or go to the gym, or do those ab routines, that is when the trouble happens. Last week, not a whole lot happened. This week, I'm just going for it. How do you motivate yourself?
